Our full-suite coaching plan will give you everything you need to succeed on your journey whether your level is beginner or advanced and whatever your goal. You will begin with our starter pack where you will complete in-depth consultations, assessments and lessons to learn the basics of fitness, nutrition and lifestyle and how to succeed on our program. This will be on top of the coaching plan where you will receive a fully custom program, made just for you "from scratch" based on the assessments. You will access the program and coaching for 3 months and it will be delivered on our app that has important features to let us monitor your progress and guide you with precision along the way. As you will progress through the program, you will fill out weekly checkin forms and receive feedback by chat. During these checkins, you can also ask questions, share results and send videos of your form. The program will have all the necessary instructions and videos for your success, even as a beginner, but you can always purchase full, 1 on 1 video sessions to get more help. Staying on track and inputing data will be crucial to record your achievements but also for us to track your progress.  We believe in empowering you to take your journey into your own hands and develop self-sufficient, real skills but with our guidance to ensure you succeed. You will progress individually but you will always know what to do and always have our hand. After the starter pack, you can continue with another 3 months of coaching until you reach your desired results. One consultation session will always be included per 3-month term to discuss your previous results and what to do in your next program. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 
  • What is the difference between the three plans?
    All of them are essentially the same except the amount of time spent together and the method we use to get you feedback (reports, video checkins, etc). All include a program. All include coaching. And all get results! The premium programs also teach you how to become your own trainer with Weekly Lessons. Whichever plan you choose, you get a fully customized program, constant feedback and everything you need to succeed. Basic Coaching has written reports with preset questions that you will answer every week. After you submit, I will review your answers and give you feedback. If needed, I will adjust your program or reach out to you via chat to discuss something further. You can also send me videos, photos, audio messages and chat messages anytime during the week to complement the weekly reports, including videos of you doing an exercise to check your form. Premium Coaching takes Basic Coaching further. On top of your comprehensive program, you get a 30-min video consultation every week to go over your weekly report, allow for a more personal connection between us and receive the invaluable Weekly Lessons. In Weekly Lessons, we go through a new topic each week within your checkins and teach you everything you need to know about health & fitness, to be better at navigating the fitness industry and the Internet and to create your own programs in the future after working with me. It is like a mini-course on top of coaching. Premium Personal Training takes all of the plans further by offering a traditional online personal training experience on top of a program and coaching. You still get your program and you still get your 1 on 1 coaching with the Weekly Lessons (although it is optional). And you also get to work out with me and get instant feedback on your workouts. This is great if you work out at home and want to have a trainer with you every step of the way. It includes sessions lasting 50 minutes where I train, guide and motivate you.
  • What if I am a beginner and have trouble doing exercises correctly?
    All programs are custom-made and designed to your abilities. We will start small and work on the basics first. This includes working on posture, basic exercises and movements, coordination and easier versions of exercises. Before anything, we will have consultations where I will assess your level of fitness and skills and give you advice on the best route. All exercises have video demonstrations and written instructions to help you perform them correctly. If you are unsure about an exercise, wait until your next weekly checkin to go through it together. You can also submit videos and photos of yourself doing an exercise for me to check. In addition, you can purchase extra checkins/consultations/sessions if needed.
  • What if I don't have time?
    Online coaching is a time-efficient solution to working with a personal trainer - you can train anywhere, including at home, and eliminate travel time - you can train anytime and at your own schedule without having to book appointments with a trainer for your workouts - you can get a training program that is designed around your schedule - the only time you need to book appointments with a trainer (checkins), it takes no more than 30 minutes and can be done over the phone If you can't make a checkin, we can make it up in writing and chat as you will still submit your weekly report and I can still provide feedback. You can also send videos of yourself doing an exercise so I can check your form or send me information through images, text and/or voice message. If you don't have time for weekly checkins, you can choose the Basic Coaching plan and do written reports instead. You can always purchase an extra checkin if needed.
  • How long do I have to commit to?
    There is on set amount of time you have to commit to. However, to see results, it is recommended to stay on the program for at least 3 months. This time is enough to see changes and to develop lasting habits. For Premium Coaching clients, this is also the minimum amount of time it takes to go through all of the Weekly Lessons. You can stay as long as you want on a program, set new goals or continue on your own as soon as you feel ready.
  • What equipment do I need? Do I need a gym?
    You don't need any specific equipment to train as you will receive a fully custom program that fits whatever you have available. You can train in the gym, at an outdoor workout park, at home only with your bodyweight or at home with a few equipment. I can recommend you products to buy depending on your goals if you wish but it is completely up to you.
  • When will I receive my program? How many consultations do we have before it is created?
    For all plans, you will have a pre-consultation form to fill out which will include all of your basic information like anthropometrics, exercise history, medical history and preferences. This will be followed up with the Client Consultation (60 min) after which I can create your program within 1 week. We will go over your program in your first checkin. You also have the option to add Biometric/Lifestyle Coaching to your program which adds an extra week to the program creation process (read more below). Client Consultation a 60-min video call where we discuss your pre-consultation form, get to know each other and take you through a comprehensive posture, movement and strength assessment. Biometric/Lifestyle Coaching (+1 week) If you have a smart device like a smart watch, I can get additional, valuable physical data about your physical health and lifestyle patterns and personalize your program even more. We can even work on your sleep, develop new habits and gain insight into your day-to-day recovery. Just like the food you eat plays a big role in your physical development, these additional lifestyle and health factors also impact your progress, and it is important to pay attention to them. We will spend an extra week as an assessment where you live your life exactly as you have before and collect data to set your baseline rates (i.e heart rate variability, resting heart rate). You will have a second video call lasting 30-min to review the data before creating your program. While you wait, if I deem it beneficial and safe, I will give you a temporary, non-custom, template training program and some great nutrition tips & example recipes so you can start becoming more active and healthy right away. During these weeks, you also have a great chance to organize your life and prepare mentally for your program.
  • What are Weekly Lessons?
    Each week towards the end of your Weekly Checkin, we will spend around 10-15 minutes on a new topic that will teach you key knowledge about health & fitness and important skills to become your own trainer after working with us. There are a total of 10 lessons and they include topics such as nutrition basics, training basics, mindset & habits, advanced tips and more. You will even have the option to take me grocery shopping or to cook together on a video call, or to request new topics. After you have completed all lessons and have gone through your personal transformation journey with your program, you will have gained practical experience and you should feel confident to continue leading a healthy & fit lifestyle by yourself. Should you need any assistance in the future, you will have lifetime email support from your trainer where you can ask questions and get help.
  • What are Weekly Checkins?
    Each week you will submit an easy-to-use online form with preset questions to reflect on your week's progress. Then, you will have a 30-min video call, called the Weekly Checkin, with you trainer where we will review your progress, make program adjustments, answer questions and do our Weekly Lesson. We can also go over any exercise you are struggling with and I will correct your form and provide extra tips. These checkins are also a great opportunity to have time to talk and dive deeply into topics with your trainer which is something that is not always possible during workouts in the traditional personal training setting.
  • Can I change my plan or purchase extra sessions?
    Yes, you can change to a different plan and can even purchase extra checkins, consultations and personal training sessions to complement any plan you choose. - Extra Checkin (15 min) 19 EUR - Extra Consultation (30 min) 39 EUR - Extra Personal Training Session (50 min) 59 EUR
  • Why don't you offer pre-made/template programs or programs with a onetime fee?
    There are many reasons why I developed and offer my coaching programs instead of template programs or program with a one-time fee. Unlike a 'one-time' program, with coaching... You get your program through an interactive app that has a ton of features as opposed to a PDF or an excel document. In the app, there are exercise demonstration videos, exercise instructions, workout and nutrition history (incl. sets/reps/etc), automatic biometrics tracking (i.e bodyweight, heart rate) and more built right into the app. All of your information is always accessible to your trainer, so he can constantly monitor your progress, see through what you are doing well or what needs improvement and have direct access to you with an in-app chat. You get ongoing monitoring and adjustments to your program. It is rare that a program written for a client is perfect from the get-go. In fact, it is hard to even write a program for 3 months to a year ahead with just one consultation, without getting to know the client in multiple meetings and without real-world feedback after the program has been tried. In addition, as you develop and as your life changes, your program needs adjustments. An ongoing process of checkins and program adjustments is the surest way to succeed on a program and on your goals. You continue to have access to someone to guide you and oversee your journey as you go through your program. This person keeps you accountable and motivated. And they help you overcome any obstacles as soon as they show up. With Premium Coaching, you also get a mini-course style series of weekly lessons to teach you about health & fitness so that you understand what you are doing and why and so that you learn how to train yourself in the long-term.
